  If you're looking for indoor storage for a few months and this place is convenient to you, you might as well use it since Public Storage has bought up about everything in the area and there's not much choice. I was a customer for about 6 years, and for the time I rented indoor units short term (4+ years ago), there was no real hassle. So star #2
  
  But I made a big mistake by storing our travel trailer there. The place is NOT secure. I had items stolen off it repeatedly (my fault for forgetting to lock propane tanks and battery compartment on separate occasions, but see below), and garbage was constantly left on and around it. Rent was always being raised, though I got a 6 month reprieve once when I agreed to remove the negative review from here. Nobody seemed to have any interest in the fact that thieves and vandals were prowling around the property. In fact, the security gate was left open for at least a month this summer while a part was apparently on order. The manager was nice enough but had nothing of substance when I tried to address the above concerns. (Admittedly, the poor guy is in the position of defending and enforcing some of the more empty-headed policies out there.) While a bit less convenient at 25 minutes away vs 10, the trailer is now stored at a little more than half the rent Public Storage charged.
  
  If you need anything other than a few weeks of household storage close by, do yourself a favor and go find a family owned storage center, at least before Public Storage gobbles it up and trashes it.
